A beer from Bohemia

On the evening of the opening of the border between Czechoslovakia and Bavaria, Helmut Haselberger was sitting at home in his living room. Suddenly, his son came in and asked him if he would like a Czech beer. Helmut was surprised and asked his son where he had gotten the Czech beer from. His son replied that had been invited to crossing the border in Finsterau/Bučina by Czech adolescents. He accompanied them to nearby Kvilda and brought his father the first beer from Czechoslovakia after the opening of the Bavarian-Czech border.
